  • All IBERHOMA products are covered against manufacturing defects for 30 days from the date of delivery.

  • Defects include issues with stitching, materials, or workmanship.

  • Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or misuse are not covered under this warranty.

2. How to Claim a Warranty

If you believe your product is defective:

  2. Provide your order number, a photo of the defect, and a description of the issue.

  3. Our team will review your claim and provide instructions for returning the item if applicable.

3. Repairs and Replacements

  • Approved claims may result in a replacement product or a repair, depending on the situation.

  • Replacement or repaired items will be shipped to you at no additional cost if the defect is confirmed.

4. Limitations

  • This warranty does not cover products altered, misused, or damaged after delivery.

  • IBERHOMA is not responsible for shipping delays related to warranty claims.
