1. Return Period

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and in their original condition

  • Include all original packaging

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale items

  • Personalized or custom-made products

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Domestic Returns (United States): Free of charge

  • International Returns: Customers are responsible for shipping costs, except in cases of defective items or our error

5. How to Initiate a Return

  • Your order number

  • Reason for the return

6. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days using your original payment method

  • Refunds may take additional time to appear on your account depending on your bank or payment provider

7. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are treated as separate transactions

  • Please return the original item first and place a new order for the desired item
