We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to errors in pricing, product availability, or suspected fraud.

All products are made-to-order and crafted with care.
We make every effort to display product colors, sizes, and details accurately; however, slight variations may occur due to monitor settings or manufacturing.
3. Pricing and Payment
Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.
Payment must be completed via PayPal before an order is processed.
Orders are not processed until payment is successfully received.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping is subject to the terms outlined in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
Estimated delivery times are provided, but IBERHOMA is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or other factors beyond our control.
5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
All returns, refunds, and exchanges are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.
6. Limitation of Liability
IBERHOMA is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of our products.
Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the item in question.
7. Governing Law
These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of Morocco.
Any disputes arising from a sale will be subject to the jurisdiction of Moroccan courts.
