All of IBERHOMA’s products are made to order and shipped directly from our trusted fulfillment partners.
1. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
Processing times may vary during peak periods, holidays, or sales events.
2. Shipping Time
Estimated delivery times after fulfillment:
🇺🇸 United States: 5–10 business days
🌎 International Orders (if applicable): 10–20 business days
Please note: Shipping times are estimates only and may be affected by factors outside of our control, including but not limited to customs inspections, courier delays, strikes, or weather events. IBERHOMA is not responsible for such delays.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the total weight of your order.
Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number.
Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update after dispatch.
5. Incorrect Addresses or Missed Deliveries
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout.
We are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for any re-shipping costs.
6. Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@iberhoma.com and include:
Your order number
A photo of the damaged item (if applicable)
We will work with our fulfillment partners to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Please note: We do not cover items marked as “delivered” by the carrier.
