At iBERHOMA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. Please note that we do not accept returns for products due to incorrect color or size selection.

Applicable Returns

You may return any unused and unopened product purchased from iBERHOMA within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the reason for return is not due to incorrect color or size selection. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at contact@iberhoma.com for a return authorization number. Products must be returned in their original packaging and in unused condition. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returns, unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
